These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CleanStmt. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CleanStmt is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
CleanStmt provides tools that extract and format information from uploaded financial and business documents. Features, supported formats, quotas, credits, and availability may change as the service develops.
You retain your rights in documents and other content you submit to CleanStmt. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process every document submitted to the service.
You must not upload content in a way that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, contractual, or other legal rights. You are also responsible for reviewing your documents and results before relying on them.
Uploaded source files are not intended to be retained in CleanStmt's permanent storage. Temporary processing data is intended to be deleted within one hour after processing. Eligible signed-in conversion history is available for no more than seven days. After the retention cutoff, it is excluded from history views and downloads, and a cleanup job deletes the complete history record and related metadata.

CleanStmt uses automated and AI-assisted processing to extract information from documents. Results may contain errors, omissions, or formatting inaccuracies. You must review all results before relying on them for accounting, tax, financial, legal, compliance, or business purposes.
CleanStmt does not use uploaded documents or extracted conversion data to train its own AI models. For text-based PDFs, the AI processing service receives extracted text. For image uploads and scanned PDF pages, relevant image data is temporarily transmitted to the AI processing service because image analysis is required.
Subscriptions and credit packages are purchased through applicable third-party payment processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for a purchase. Payment details are handled by the applicable payment processor, and CleanStmt does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
Prices, credit amounts, subscription benefits, and billing periods are displayed at checkout. We may correct pricing or product errors and may refuse or investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, or otherwise unlawful.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals. It does not refund the current paid period, and users may continue using purchased subscription benefits and credits until the end of the current billing period.
One-time credit packages are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed and the credits have been added to the user's account. Once credits are issued, the digital service is considered delivered, even if some or all of the credits remain unused.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed and the subscription benefits or credits have been granted. Cancelling a subscription only stops automatic renewal for the next billing period and does not refund the current paid period.
We may review duplicate charges, successful payments where credits or subscription benefits were not delivered, and unauthorized transactions. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a refund or restore missing benefits. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights required by applicable law or payment provider rules.
CleanStmt and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and original service content are owned by or licensed to CleanStmt. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
CleanStmt may depend on third-party services for authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payment processing, security, analytics, or advertising. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. CleanStmt is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete extraction accuracy, or that the service will meet every accounting or business requirement.
You should maintain your own copies of documents and exported results. CleanStmt is not a bank, accounting firm, tax adviser, lawyer, or financial adviser, and the service does not provide professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to bypass usage limits, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created a security or operational risk. In cases of serious or fraudulent violations, we may revoke access to unused credits or subscription benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanStmt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will update the date shown at the top. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the revised Terms.
